I then disassembled the console and head unit a little bit and then soldered the 12v and ground in to the power/ground on the center console there was a 0-5v output wire for data logging but I'm running the Whipple box tune and honestly I haven't had any need to datalog the car so that's just eclectric taped back on to the pigtail.

It took me a few days to diagnose because I relied on the calculated factory gauge which showed boost because the airflow was still coming in at boost levels but the blower wasn't pressurizing. I had a gasket issue that prevented me for making boost because the blower was in constant bypass. I picked sport comp with a black face gauge because unlike a ricer I'm only putting the gauge in for its true purpose - monitoring boost. I had every gauge to possibly consider right in front of me (I have a wholesale performance company and went right to the distributors warehouse). Tonight I started the install in the first from driver circle air vent. I've racked my brain on where to put it so it's still in my sight for the purpose I'm installing it but out of view when wanted to be out of sight.
